Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

Coletivate ("Coletivate," "we," "us," or "our") is a home studio based out of Denver, Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through coletivate.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways:

  • Information you give us. When you use a contact, inquiry, consultation, or commission form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever message, project, or budget details you choose to share.
  • Order information. When you buy something through the Site, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your order details (items, quantities, shipping address, and email) so we can fulfill and ship your order; we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
  • Cart contents. Items you add to your cart before checkout are stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) so your cart persists between visits.
  • Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.

How we use it

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to inquiries, consultation requests, and commission requests
  • Process, fulfill, and ship orders, and send order-related emails (e.g. receipts, shipping updates)
  • Improve the Site and understand what visitors find useful
  • Keep the Site secure and prevent abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond running this one-person studio.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Site:

  • Stripe, to process payments
  • Google Analytics, to measure Site usage
  • Our order management and email infrastructure, to fulfill orders and send order/shipping updates

We don't share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work without them, though we won't be able to see how it's being used.

Data retention

We keep contact and order information as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your order, and meet our tax and accounting obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what we have on file, by reaching out through the contact form or emailing coletivatellc@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA/CPRA (California) or GDPR (EU/UK); we'll honor requests to the extent those laws apply.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
